Prisoners in Philippines DAncing [Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Cebu City, Philippines

This is insane, 1500 at the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Cebu City, Philippines. Insanely awesome that is. I think the idea is that if they're doing something constructive, they won't be doing bad things anymore. Most of these prisoners will probably come out and just be dancers. They look great.

wowwwwwww! as in wooooowwwwww! its a very amazing rehabilation center that i've seen in phil, all things in proper! rules & responsibilities! I salute you guys for doing this very very impresssssiiveee & GREATTTT JOB! WELLL DONE!! Hope that every Jail in phil will be like this and for sure crime will be prevented!!!! U deserve a big award!!!! Im Proud for you guys! may pagbabago din pla ang pinas more power ,goodluck and GOd bless!!!
